Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat memungkinkan suatu data atau informasi dapat disimpan dan diperoleh dengan mudah dan cepat. Dari segi ukuran data, juga dapat dilakukan dalam skala yang besar. Bagi perusahaan bisnis, manfaat teknologi informasi ini umumnya di gunakan untuk mencatat, mengolah dan menyajikan data transaksi berdasarkan proses bisnis yang dijalankannya. Perancangan aplikasi system pengawasan kepatuhan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang system pengawasan kepatuhan sebagai sarana untuk mengawasi tingkat kepatuhan perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku. Aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dan basisdata SQL Server Local Database. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, aplikasi dibangun dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pengujian yang dilakukan pada aplikasi adalah dengan menggunakan metode whitebox. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada aplikasi sistem pengawasan kepatuhan berbasis website, aplikasi sudah mampu berjalan dengan cukup baik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan berbagai fitur yang ada pada aplikasi ini dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

The problem of inscription physical damage as one of the historical heritages can be overcome using an image processing technique. The purpose of this study is to design a segmentation application for ancient scripts on inscriptions to recognize the character patterns on the inscriptions in digital form. The preprocessing was carried out to convert images from RGB to HSV. The application used the gray level run length matrix (GLRLM) to extract texture features and the support vector machine (SVM) method to classify the results. The inscription image segmentation was carried out through the pattern detection process using the sliding window method. The application obtained 88.32 % of accuracy, 0.87 of precision, and 0.94 of sensitivity.
Masalah kerusakan fisik prasasti sebagai salah satu warisan sejarah dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknik pemrosesan citra. Kajian ini bertujuan menerapkan segmentasi aksara pada prasasti kuno tembaga Kintamani untuk mendapatkan pola aksara yang ada pada prasasti ke dalam bentuk digital. Proses segmentasi dimulai dari melakukan akuisisi citra prasasti, mengubah ruang warna citra dari RGB ke HSV, melakukan ekstraksi fitur tekstur menggunakan gray level run length matrix (GLRLM). Proses klasifikasi hasil ekstraksi fitur menggunakan metode support vector machine (SVM). Segmentasi terhadap citra prasasti menggunakan proses deteksi pola dengan metode sliding window. Sistem ini memperoleh akurasi sebesar 88,32 %, presisi 0,87, dan sensitivitas sebesar 0,94.

The restaurant business that began growing in Semarang in particular areas Tembalang. Various types of food and drink offered by restaurants. Of course, to be able to compete the restaurant needs good management in the effort to obtain optimal benefits. Based on the problems need to develop an Order Food Mobile-Based Application to support the work processes of the restaurant, especially in the booking process and report transactions menu. The mobile application was built using jQuery Mobile programming language and HTML. The use of mobile applications is supported by an application which is running on a desktop computer that was built using the programming language PHP, Javascript and MySQL databases. Modeling applications was built using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The results of the design Order Food Mobile-Based Application is an application that can be used for the work process and manage reports deals on restaurants, and also an application that can be used to enter the booking menu using mobile devices.

Untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berhitung perlu adanya metode dan media pembelajaran yang baru. Dengan adanya metode dan pembelajaran baru diharapkan agar siswa dapat meningkatkan semangat dan minat dalam berhitung. Media yang digunakan untuk berhitung adalah mata uang rupiah. Melalui media mata uang rupiah tersebut dibangun sebuah aplikasi permainan “UangAndro” berbasis Android yang diharapkan siswa dapat lebih mudah untuk mengenal mata uang rupiah dan dapat melatih kemampuan dalam berhitung menggunakan media mata uang rupiah. Perancangan permainan “UangAndro” dibuat menggunakan Construct 2. Construct 2 adalah sebuah game engine dengan grafik 2 dimensi berbasis html 5. Permainan ini dikembangkan dengan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang bersumber dari Luther dan sudah dimodifikasi oleh Sutopo. Pengujian aplikasi permainan yang telah dibuat menggunakan metode black-box, pengujian ini dilakukan untuk memeriksa fungsi yang terdapat dalam aplikasi permainan. Pengujian ke pengguna dengan memberikan tes pada siswa-siswi. Data yang dihasilkan akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Aplikasi permainan “UangAndro” sebagai penegenalan mata uang rupiah yang dapat melatih kemampuan siswa dalam berhitung menggunakan media mata uang rupiah sudah berhasil dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan Construct 2. Berdasarkan pengujian black- box, menunjukkan bahwa permainan sudah berjalan sesuai spesifikasi kebutuhan yang menampilkan hasil uji pada tiap fungsi aplikasi dan tombol. Pada uji hipotesis yaitu uji F dan uji t, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi yang dihasilkan cocok dan adanya pengaruh nyata (signifikan) variabel lama belajar terhadap variabel hasil belajar.

Line following and lane tracking are robotic navigation techniques that use lines as a guide. The techniques can be applied to mobile robots in the industry. This research applied the Braitenberg controller and image processing to control and obtain line information around the mobile robot. The robot was implemented using Arduino Uno as a controller. A webcam was connected to a computer that performs image processing using canny edge detection and sends the data to the robot controller via serial communication. The robot can navigate on the side of the line, and the success rate of the system is 100 % at a turn of 135 ° and 80 % at a turn of 90 °.
Pengikut garis dan pelacakan jalur adalah teknik navigasi robot yang menggunakan garis sebagai pemandunya. Teknik tersebut dapat diterapkan pada robot bergerak di industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan kontroler Braitenberg dan pengolahan citra untuk mengendalikan dan mendapatkan informasi garis di sekitar robot. Implementasi robot menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai kontroler. Sebuah webcam disambungkan ke komputer yang melakukan proses pengolahan citra menggunakan deteksi tepi canny dan mengirimkan datanya ke kontroler melalui komunikasi serial. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah robot mampu bernavigasi di samping garis, dan tingkat keberhasilan pengujian 100 % pada belokan 135 ° dan 80 % pada belokan 90 °.

Generally, blind people use a cane to know the distance around them. A cane was normally use when they walk outdoors, but if the cane used in indoors; it is not used because of fear of damaging the goods-glassware. Another disadvantage of the stick was usually used just to feel the objects / obstacles below the blinds, and other obstacles such as cars or trucks, which often not detected by the cane. Blind people also have constraints to determine the distance of nearby objects, such as people to talk to, etc. The main component of the system is sensor HC-SR04 used to scan the surrounding area by emitting ultrasonic waves. Echoes from objects were use as an input to microcontroller, and then it used to determine the direction and the distance of objects around the blinds using the servo arm movement and buzzer sound. The design of the device utilizes the theory of sound waves velocity in the air, and it was carried out in several steps. The first step is making the hardware device, which uses sensor HC-SR04, micro servo Tower Pro, and power supply of nine Volt battery. The test result shows that the system is able to detect objects with a range of 60 degrees. The design of the device was valuable because it is wearable which can be attached to the back of the hands. Conceptually, the device has met the basic criteria that detect objects and give feedback to the user. Some things that can be improved are power supply and increasing device responsibility so it is able to read distance and give feedback more accurately and more quickly.

Research into cultural heritage which implements augmented reality technology is limited. Most recent research on cultural heritage are limited on storing data and information in the form of databases, this creates a disadvantage for people who wants to see and feel at the same moment on actual cultural heritage objects. This paper, proposes a solution which could merge the existing cultural object with people using augmented reality technology. This technology would preserve traditional instrument in the form of 3D object which can be digitally protected. The result showed that the use of augmented reality on preserving cultural heritage would benefit people who try to protect their culture.

Low-resolution images can be reconstructed into high-resolution images using the Super-resolution Convolution Neural Network (SRCNN) algorithm. This study aims to improve the vehicle license plate number's recognition accuracy by generating a high-resolution vehicle image using the SRCNN. The recognition is carried out by two types of character recognition methods: Tesseract OCR and SPNet. The training data for SRCNN uses the DIV2K dataset consisting of 900 images, while the training data for character recognition uses the Chars74 dataset. The high-resolution images constructed using SRCNN can increase the average accuracy of vehicle license plate number recognition by 16.9 % using Tesseract and 13.8 % with SPNet.
Citra resolusi rendah dapat direkonstruksi menjadi citra resolusi tinggi dengan menggunakan algoritma Super-resolution Convolution Neural Network (SRCNN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah citra resolusi tinggi yang dihasilkan melalui algoritme SRCNN dapat meningkatkan akurasi pengenalan pelat nomor kendaraan. Pengenalan pelat nomor kendaraan dilakukan dengan 2 jenis metode pengenalan karakter yaitu Tesseract OCR dan SPNet. Data latih untuk SRCNN menggunakan dataset DIV2K yang terdiri dari 900 citra, sedangkan data latih untuk pengenalan karakter menggunakan dataset Chars74. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah bahwa peningkatan resolusi citra menggunakan SRCNN dapat meningkatkan rata-rata akurasi pengenalan pelat nomor kendaraan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 16,9 % dengan Tesseract dan 13,8 % dengan SPNet.

Various methods for the diagnosis of breast cancer exist, but not many have been implemented as an application. This study aims to develop an application using SMO algorithm assisted by Weka to diagnose breast cancer. The application was web-based application and developed using Javascript. Test dataset and model formation used original Breast Cancer Database (WBCD) data without missing value. Test mode used 10-fold cross-validation. This application can diagnose breast cancer with an accuracy of 97.3645% and has a significant increase in accuracy for the diagnosis of malignant cancer.
Beragam metode untuk diagnosis kanker payudara, namun belum banyak yang diimplementasikan menjadi sebuah aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berdasarkan model hasil kalkulasi algoritma SMO berbantuan Weka untuk mendiagnosis penyakit kanker payudara. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan Javascript. Dataset pengujian dan pembentukan model menggunakan data Winconsin Breast Cancer Database original (WBCD) tanpa nilai hilang. Mode pengujian menggunakan 10-fold cross validation. Aplikasi ini dapat mendiagnosis kanker payudara dengan akurasi 97.3645% dan memiliki peningkatan akurasi yang signifikan untuk diagnosis kanker ganas.

This study aims to develop low-cost and environmentally friendly material galvanic-based dissolved oxygen sensors. A Dissolved oxygen (DO) sensor has been designed and fabricated on an 85 x 205 mm galvanic-based. The sensor structure device consists of Al-Zn reference layer electrode, Ag/AgCl active electrode, 120ml KCl electrolyte solvent 0,1 M, and closed by TiO2 membrane (PTFE). The Al-Zn formation reference electrode was done by Ag layer chlorination using FeCl3, and the TiO2 membrane was formed by TiO2 paste screen printing. The test was done to measure the sensor’s performance based on the current-voltage characteristics between 1.0 and 1.8 V. The results showed that a stable diffusion current was obtained when the input voltage was 1.5 V, resulting in the best sensor performance with a sensitivity of 0.7866 μA L/mg and a stable step response time of 3 mins. This prototype sensor showed high potential for prototyping for a low-cost water quality monitoring system.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sensor oksigen terlarut berbasis galvanik yang ramah lingkungan dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Struktur desain sensor ini terdiri dari lapisan elektroda referensi Al-Zn, elektroda aktif Ag / AgCl, pelarut elektrolit KCl 120 ml 0,1 M, dan ditutup dengan membran TiO2 (PTFE). Pembentukan elektroda referensi Al-Zn dilakukan dengan klorinasi lapisan Ag menggunakan FeCl3 dan membran TiO2 dibentuk dengan sablon pasta TiO2. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja sensor berdasarkan karakteristik tegangan arus antara 1,0 sampai 1,8 V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus difusi yang stabil diperoleh pada saat tegangan input 1,5 V dan menghasilkan kinerja sensor terbaik dengan sensitivitas 0,7866 μA L/mg dan waktu respons langkah stabil 3 menit. Prototipe sensor ini menunjukkan potensi yang sangat tinggi untuk digunakan dalam sistem pemantauan kualitas air online berbiaya rendah.

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, membuat teknologi telekomunikasi semakin berkembang. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), Global System for Mobiles (GSM) dan internet adalah teknologi terkini dalam memenuhi kebutuhan seseorang dalam berkomunikasi. Di sebagian besar implementasinya, penyedia layanan PSTN dan GSM memberikan sebuah tarif dalam setiap panggilan yang terjadi. Perancangan dan pembangunan sistem ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah sistem telekomunikasi berbasis VoIP, yang dapat menghubungkan jaringan lokal, GSM dan internet secara terpusat, demi memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi seseorang dengan mobilitas tinggi disertai fleksibilitas pengaturan alur panggilan, untuk menghemat anggaran penggunaan layanan telekomunikasi. Metodologi penelitian tugas akhir ini dibagi menjadi 4 tahapan. Tahapan tersebut diantaranya adalah definisi sistem, spesifikasi kebutuhan, konfigurasi sistem dan pengujian sistem. Definisi sistem dibuat dengan mendefinisikan gambaran dan cara kerja sistem secara umum. Spesifikasi kebutuhan dibuat dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem. Konfigurasi dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan pengaturan mengenai dialplan, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) dan kotak suara. Pengujian sistem adalah tahap untuk memeriksa keseluruhan fungsi pada sistem. Sistem ini diuji dengan melakukan panggilan dari setiap klien. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi seseorang dengan mobilitas tinggi. Fleksibilitas pengaturan panggilan membuat sistem dapat berkomunikasi dengan jaringan GSM dan VoIP Rakyat serta dapat menghemat tarif penggunaan layanan telekomunikasi. Sistem juga dapat mencatat aktivitas panggilan dengan memanfaatkan fitur Call Detail Record (CDR). Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif bagi perkantoran maupun instansi, untuk menggunakan layanan telekomunikasi secara terpusat, agar penghematan anggaran dalam penggunaan telekomunikasi menjadi lebih efisien.

At present time, the people who use vehicles on the campus is increasing. It makes more difficult to find an empty slot parking area on the campus. This study aims to develop a system parking reservation and monitoring on-campus area using NFC and IoT concept. NFC was used to confirm booking code that generated by the system. In the parking area, ultrasonic sensors were installed to detect parking space availability. IoT concept has been applied to build this system. Apps on users smartphone can do the reservation process to the desired parking location via internet. Black box testing was done by building a prototype using the number of data locations parking slots in the Andalas University. The test results showed that this system has been able to detect the location of vacant parking slots and do reservations with time for sending data to the server is 0.7952 sec.
Penggunaan kendaraan yang semakin meningkat di lokasi kampus pada saat ini mengakibatkan semakin sulitnya menemukan tempat parkir kosong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem reservasi dan pemantauan parkir pada lokasi kampus menggunakan NFC dan konsep IoT. NFC digunakan untuk melakukan konfirmasi dari kode pemesanan yang telah dihasilkan oleh sistem. Pada lokasi parkir, sensor jarak ultrasonik dipasang untuk mendeteksi ketersediaan parkir. Konsep IoT telah diterapkan untuk membangun sistem ini. Aplikasi pada perangkat telepon cerdas telah berhasil melakukan reservasi pada lokasi parkir yang diinginkan melalui Internet. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan pengujian kotak menggunakan data uji jumlah tempat parkir yang ada di lingkungan kampus Universitas Andalas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah mampu mendeteksi lokasi parkir yang kosong dan melakukan reservasi dengan waktu pengiriman data ke server selama 0.7952 detik.

The implementation of the five times obligatory prayers a day is mandatory for Muslims. To inculcate the habit of five times praying a day should begin at the early age. Less fortunate, there are only limited media used for practicing the five times prayer that is attractive for children. It requires an innovative, interesting, and easier learning method with the use of technology in Islam especially learning the procedure of the five times a day obligatory prayers. Given the number of smartphones users with the Android operating system, so a "SHOLAT YUKK" software application is made On Android for children’s Learning Media Prayer. The results of this research are the realization of learning application procedures for the five daily prayers based on Android that is used for the five-day prayers learning, especially for children. This "SHOLAT YUKK" software applications on Android as a prayers learning for children can now be used as an obligatory five times a day prayers learning.
Bagi umat muslim pelaksanaan shalat wajib lima waktu hukumnya adalah wajib. Untuk menanamkan kebiasaan shalat lima waktu harus dimulai saat usia dini. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi diantaranya media pembelejaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan media cetak sehingga kurang menarik perhatian anak-anak. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah inovasi pembelajaran yang lebih mudah dan menarik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam bidang agama Islam khususnya pembelajaran tata cara shalat wajib lima waktu. Mengingat banyaknya pengguna ponsel cerdas dengan sistem operasi Android maka dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi “SHOLAT YUKK” pada android sebagai media pembelajaran ibadah shalat anak-anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adalah berupa aplikasi pembelajaran tatacara shalat lima waktu berbasis Android. Aplikasi digunakan untuk pembelajaran shalat lima waktu khususnya bagi anak-anak.

This paper aims to improve the image scrambling and encryption effect in traditional two-dimensional discrete Arnold transform by introducing a new Residue number system (RNS) with three moduli and the New Arnold Transform. The study focuses on improving the classical discrete Arnold transform with quasi-affine properties, applying image scrambling and encryption research. The design of the method is explicit to three moduli set {2n, 2n+1+1, 2n+1-1}. These moduli set includes equalized and shapely moduli leading to the effective execution of the residue to binary converter. The study employs an arithmetic residue to the binary converter and an improved Arnold transformation algorithm. The encryption process uses MATLAB to accept a digital image input and subsequently convert the image into an RNS representation. The images are connected as a group. The resulting encrypted image uses the Arnold transformation algorithm. The encrypted image is used as input at decryption using the anti-Arnold (Reverse Arnold) transformation algorithm to convert the picture to the original RNS (original pixel value). Then the RNS was used to retransform the original RNS to its binary form. Security analysis tests, like histogram analysis, keyspace, key sensitivity, and correlation coefficient analysis, were administered on the encrypted image. Results show that the hybrid system can use the improved Arnold transform algorithm with better security and no constraint on image width and size.

For male muslim eid on Friday is obligatory. But in practice there are problems such as application of procedures for Friday prayers is not appropriate and make the pilgrims do not pray with good. For that reason, need a method of learning and innovation easier and more attractive to use technology in the field of islamic learning especially for procedures Friday prayers. As many smartphone users with an operating system android, then made learning application procedures for Friday prayers based on android. The application of learning is made using software Eclipse IDE and Android SDK with Java as a programming language. Stages of development software used is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) by using the method waterfall, as modeling software used is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Steps in this research is software requirement analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Functional testing using a method of black box. The result of this research is application procedures of friday prayers learning based on Android can be use to learning friday prayers. The application can run well on a device with a minimum of android operating system version sandwitch 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwitch) with the storage space available mb of 7MB. Function menus and buttons is going according to their respective functions. This application for procedures of friday prayers can be used as a medium for learning friday prayers.

This study aims to develop a decision support system in determining employees which will be laid off. The data used in the research sourced from PT. Mitra Andal Sejati Medan in 2017. This study used the ELECTRE method to conduct an assessment of company employees. The criteria used in the research were absence (C1), appearance (C2), performance (C3), and sales volume (C4). This ELECTRE system can provide an effective decision for termination of employment based on lowest employee rank.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan karyawan yang mendapatkan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian bersumber dari PT. Mitra Andal Sejati Medan tahun 2017. Pada penelitian menggunakan metode ELECTRE untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap karyawan perusahaan. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah absensi (C1), penampilan (C2), kinerja (C3), dan hasil penjualan (C4). Penerapan metode ELECTRE dapat memberikan keputusan yang efektif terhadap karyawan yang mendapatkan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Karyawan yang memiliki penilaian terendah merupakan karyawan yang memiliki peluang mendapatkan status pemutusan hubungan kerja.

The growing market share in many business areas especially in service area is causing the use of conventional accounting system being ineffective. One of the companies which still using the conventional one is a window film set-up service company called HS Auto Film. The process of processing sales data is less accurate and slower in the contrary of the developing sales data. Computer-based window film set-up Sales Information System is built in order to make the processing data more accurate and faster. The information system is built using Visual Basic programming language along with .NET framework technology and SQL Server database that embedded in the application itself. The making and development process of the Sales Information System is using waterfall method. Waterfall method consists of user requirement, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart are also used in the Information System design.The output of this application design is a desktop application that can help user to control the set-up of window film, manage payment bill, and manage document in accounting in faster and more accurate way. The information system can be developed later using web-based system so that the development and maintenance can be done easier.

Previous research on Spatial Skyline Query Based on Surrounding Environment left a challenge in finding skyline objects that support the use of mobile devices. This study introduces a method that allows users to search for spatial objects dynamically. Cloud-based streaming data services are currently available to support the dynamic search of spatial skyline objects. Under these conditions, streaming data requires a longer processing time. This study aims to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of Apache-Spark in developing Spatial Skyline Query Based on Surrounding Environment in processing streaming data. Further implementation of the developed algorithm can provide better location access for users on mobile devices. Comparative analysis of algorithm execution time is performed by comparing algorithm processing on a single processor and cluster computing using various evaluation parameters. The test results on each parameter show that the computation time of the proposed algorithm on a single computation is not as good as the previous algorithm. Semarang dikenal sebagai kota yang unik karena mempunyai destinasi wisata yang dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya etnis yang ada. Selain keunikan pariwisatanya, Kota Semarang juga dapat dipandang sebagai kota bisnis, terbukti dengan menjamurnya tempat usaha seperti restaurant, cafe dan yang paling pesat pertumbuhannya saat ini yaitu hotel. Belakangan ini pertumbuhan hotel di Semarang sudah kian pesat. Hal ini juga berpengaruh kepada para pendatang ataupun wisatawan yang singgah di Kota Semarang. Dari banyaknya jumlah hotel yang ada, bukan tidak mungkin jika para pendatang merasa bingung saat mencari hotel yang sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Tentunya para pendatang memerlukan aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan lokasi dan informasi lengkap tentang hotel di Kota Semarang. Untuk dapat mewujudkan gagasan tersebut, maka dilakukan sejumlah metode penelitian antara lain studi literatur, mendefinisikan kebutuhan, pengumpulan data hotel pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Semarang, perancangan dan implementasi aplikasi, serta melakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi kepada beberapa orang responden. Aplikasi dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna ketika hendak mencari hotel di Kota Semarang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah channel “SMARTEL” (Semarang Augmented Reality Hotel Location) pada aplikasi Junaio untuk mencari lokasi hotel di Kota Semarang. Basis Augmented Reality dipilih karena sifatnya yang real time saat menampilkan data atau informasi ,serta mempunyai tampilan visual yang interaktif. Channel akan menampilkan POI (Point of Interest ) atau dalam penelitian kali ini yaitu informasi lokasi hotel, yang didasarkan pada lokasi pengguna saat ini berada, atau dikenal dengan istilah LBS (Location Based Service). Dengan adanya channel ini, pengguna dapat lebih mempersingkat waktu dan lebih mudah dalam menemukan dan menuju ke lokasi hotel yang berada di Kota Semarang. Karena SMARTEL masih dalam bentuk channel, maka harapan untuk penelitian kedepannya adalah dapat dikembangkan dalam bentuk aplikasi android (.apk) agar lebih mudah dalam pendistribusiannya.

Dewasa ini teknologi informasi sangat membantu dalam dunia bisnis. Kemudahan yang ditawarkan akan menjaring lebih banyak konsumen. Namun, perusahan tingkat menengah seperti PetZone saat ini masih jarang yang menawarkan kemudahan berbelanja atau pemesanan layanan secara online. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem berbasis web di perusahaan PetZone yang dapat memudahkan pemilik dan karyawan dalam apenjualan, pelayanan, dan pemasaran, serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam jual-beli barang dan jasa. Atas dasar masalah tersebut dibangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway untuk menunjang proses bisnis yang ada.Sistem informasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP framework Codeigniter, javascript untuk tampilan yang dinamis, dan database MySQL. Proses pembuatan dan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan ini menggunakan metode air terjun. Metode air terjun meliputi kebutuhan pengguna, analisis, rancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Pemodelan Sistem Informasi yang dibangun menggunakan metode berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use case diagram, Class diagram dan Sequence diagram.Hasil pengujian Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang terdapat baik dalam sistem informasi maupun SMS gateway dapat bekerja dengan baikdengan ratusan sample data, dan server SMS gateway dapat memproses lebih dari satu SMS secara bersamaan. Dalam perkembangan ke depannya nanti, Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway masih dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan menambah fitur-fitur pada SMS gateway sehingga lebih memudahkan konsumen.

Liochita cleaning is a company engaged in the field of cleaning services which are located in the city of Semarang. Until now, the existing of information systems on Liochita Cleaning were not sufficiently able to manage the company and thus to make this company as a company that developed and developing its field and can compete with other companies is not possible. Start from recording customer data and order data, which is the became one as income data, so this companies are less aware in detail of the customer data. On the other hand, customers must make a call in advance to order the services that it requires no small cost. Lack of marketing facilities makes this company unable to include all of costumers in the city of Semarang. Data recording is still using paper, so this company were at risk of paper lost which is containing data that has been recorded . Development of an information system in this study using the method of the waterfall. Waterfall model consists of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the start of the design, developer need to observations or interviews to determine the needs of the system that being developed. Applications developed using the framework CodeIgniter. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of Liochita Cleaning in the management of these services, customers and orders in accordance with the business processes that Liochita Cleaning have and allow customers to book services .

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kualitas pelayanan penyuluh pertanian pada UPT BPP Sukaraja dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy service quality (servqual) dengan pengelompokkan atribut pertanyaan ke dalam lima kriteria dimensi pelayanan, yaitu dimensi tangibles (bukti langsung), reliability (keterpercayaan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati). Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai gap perdimensi yang membutuhkan prioritas perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan adalah dimensi Tangibles dengan nilai gap negatif yaitu -0,45 yang berarti harapan petani masih belum tercapai. Perhitungan indeks kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 87,93% yang berarti petani puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Indeks tersebut menjadikan motivasi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap petani bagi UPT BPP Sukaraja.
This study aims to measure the quality of service of agricultural extension workers at the UPT. BPP Sukaraja uses the fuzzy service quality (servqual) method by grouping question attributes into five service dimensions criteria, namely the dimensions of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (responsibility), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study showed that the value of the gap that requires the priority of improvement and improvement in service quality is the dimension of Tangibles with a negative gap value of -0.45 that means that the expectations of farmers are still not achieved. The customer satisfaction index is 87.93%, which means farmers are satisfied with the services provided. The study can be a motivation to improve the quality of service to farmers for UPT BPP Sukaraja.

Semakin canggih dan berkembangnya teknologi informasi di berbagai aspek kehidupan, meniscayakan perguruan tinggi sebagai institusi pengembang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) untuk merespon positif. Hal ini akan berdampak juga dalam perkembangan perangkar keras yang secara tidak langsung harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi yang ada sehingga akan dilakukan penambahan perangkat yang akan menyebabkan penambahan biaya untuk membeli perangkat yang baru. Hal tersebut dapat dipenuhi dengan menggunakan teknologi cloud computing. Cloud computing merupakan model komputasi, dimana sumber daya seperti daya komputasi, penyimpanan, jaringan dan perangkat lunak disediakan sebagai laayanan di internet. Sumber daya komputasi tersebut dapat dipenuhi oleh layanan layanan cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).Infrastructure as a Service tersebut dibangun dengan menngunakan Infrastruktur Cloud Ubuntu. Sistem Operasi yang digunakan adalah Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS dan serta perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun infrastruktur adalah OpenStack versi essex. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah terciptanya mesin virtual berdasarkan spesifikasi CPU, memory, dan disk yang dipilih melalui flavor yaitu m1.tiny dengan spesifikasi memori 512 MB, disk 0 GB, ephemeral 0 GB, vCPU 1. Image yang digunakan pada instance adalahsServer Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS. Kecepatan CPU yang didapat pada mesin virtual tersebut adalah 3000,106 MHz. Penggunaan CPU pada instance dengan nama “webserver” meliputi 0,3% dengan sisa 0,97%, Memori 422764k dari total keseluruhan 503496.

Di dunia yang semakin pesat perkembangannya, proses otomasisasi sudah menjadi hal yang umum. Otomatisasi sering digunakan untuk menghemat tenaga dan untuk pengurangan tingkat kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia. Begitu juga halnya dalam kasus pada kolam ikan yang tidak setiap waktu dapat kita tinjau dari segi perawatan kolam dan pemberian pakan. masalah seperti ini dapat merugikan peternak ataupun penggemar ikan yang sibuk dan tidak mempunyai waktu untuk perawatan kolam. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, hampir semua pemberian pakan ikan masih diisi secara manual, begitu halnya dengan pengontrolan kadar PH yang dilakukan dengan takaran yang tidak sesuai. Sehingga perlu adanya pembuatan alat pemberi pakan ikan dan pengtrol PH secara otomatis. Pembuatan alat ini, bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemilik ikan dalam melakukan pemberian pakan, serta membantu dalam pengontrolan PH kolam. Alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan LCD yang menunjukkan setiap beberapa jam akan dilakukan pemberian pakan dan index PH kolam saat ini.

One algorithm to classify textual data in automatic organizing of documents application is KNN, by changing word representations into vectors. The distance calculation in the KNN algorithm becomes essential in measuring the closeness between data elements. This study compares four distance calculations commonly used in KNN, namely Euclidean, Chebyshev, Manhattan, and Minkowski. The dataset used data from Youtube Eminem’s comments which contain 448 data. This study showed that Euclidian and Minkowski on the KNN algorithm achieved the best result compared to Chebycev and Manhattan. The best results on KNN are obtained when the K value is 3.
Salah satu algoritme yang dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan data tekstual dalam pengelolaan dokumen-dokumen secara otomatis adalah KNN, dengan mengubah representasi kata menjadi vektor. Penghitungan nilai jarak dalam algoritme KNN menjadi esensial dalam menentukan kedekatan antar elemen data. Penelitian ini membandingkan empat perhitungan jarak yang sering digunakan dalam KNN, yaitu Euclidean, Chebyshev, Manhattan, dan Minkowski. Dataset menggunakan data pada komentar Youtube Eminem yang berisi 448 data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jarak Euclidean dan Minkowski pada algoritme KNN pada data dengan representasi vektor dari kalimat sebagian besar menghasilkan akurasi terbaik dibandingkan Chebyshev maupun Manhattan. Hasil terbaik pada KNN diperoleh ketika K bernilai 3.

Lab activities are activities that are routinely performed by college students, lab activities shall be carried out as part of the lectures. In practice, there is no doubt often occur int the organization of costraints associated with the lab, such as information dissemination, creation of assessment list and data is not centralized. One of the lab activities is performed in the Laboratory of Computer System Software Engineering Diponegoro University. The labs require a lab managementapplications in order to improve work efficiency and improve the smooth operation of the lab. Practical Application Management consist of client and a blogapplications, created using Visual C# for client, ASP.NET for the blog and with the .NET Framework technology also Microsoft SQL Server databases. Development method was performed using the waterfall method, whereas in application design using UML modeling. The expected result from design of this application is to create an application that consist of client and blog application to managedata from many lab activities in a university lab, such as processing data from various laboratory practitioner, creation of assessment list and dissemination of information about the lab activities.

Telkom Group is the only telecommunications company as well as telecommunications service providers and the largest network in Indonesia. At this time the daily scheduling of technicians and customers do not have a location search memadahi information system. In some fields, the management is still done manually. Such as scheduling repairs to the customer given to technicians only reports of damage on the day yesterday so that customers in today's report will have to wait one day plus also a technician who does not mengetehaui in detail the work area so that slowing customer service. Development of information systems in this study using the waterfall method. The waterfall model is composed of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the beginning of the design, developers need observation or interviews to determine the needs of the system that is being developed. Applications developed using CodeIgniter framework. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of PT. Telkom Kandatel Patis in managing daily scheduling service technicians and search customer locations in accordance with existing business processes.

Utilization of an in-memory database as a cache can overcome relational database latency problems in a web application, especially when using a lot of join queries. This study aims to model the academic relational data into Redis compatible data and analyze the performance of join queries usage to accelerate access to relational data managed by RDBMS. This study used academic data to calculate student GPA that is modeled in the RDBMS and Redis in-memory database (IMDB). The use of Redis as an in-memory database can significantly increase Mysql database system performance up to 3.3 times faster to display student data using join query and to shorten the time needed to display GPA data to 52 microseconds from 61 milliseconds.
Pemanfaatan basis data in-memory sebagai cache dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi latensi basis data relational dalam pengelolaan data terstruktur di aplikasi web, terutama di data relasional yang banyak menggunakan join query. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pemodelan data relasional akademik menjadi data yang kompatibel dengan Redis dan menganalisis kinerjanya dalam penggunaan join query untuk mempercepat akses data relasional yang dikelola oleh RDBMS. Kajian ini menggunakan data akademik untuk menghitung IPK mahasiswa yang dimodelkan dalam RDBMS dan in-memory database (IMDB) Redis. Penggunaan Redis sebagai basis data in-memory dapat menaikkan kinerja sistem Mysql secara signifikan hingga 1,7 kali lebih cepat dalam membantu mempersingkat waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menampilkan data mahasiswa menggunakan join query dan waktu pembacaan data IPK hingga menjadi 52 mikrodetik dari 61 milidetik.

Student Dormitory is a desirable place to live for all overseas Aceh students that far from home, Student Dormitory be exclusive if the existence of a dormitory is located very far from the government and from the student's hometown, so the presence of dormitory is felt not exist and far from elegant impression , there are many Aceh students dormitory are not recorded by the Regional Government , that recorded only dormitory under the auspices of the government, when in fact the most dormitory are located under other institutions. Along with the development of, make it even easier people's lives in their daily live. During its development, mobile technology can determine the position of users, find the location you want to target, and provide a route to that location. The use of mobile devices for the Aceh Government, Society, and students in particular is to facilitate them in the course of a visit to Student Dormitory. The geographic information system created using the Java programming language with SDK (Software Development Kit) Android and using MySQL and SQLite databases, the system is a client-server. The process of making and development of Geographic Information System using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using prototyping life cycle. By using the life cycle of prototyping, the design can be quickly created and tested by users. Users can participate in helping the development of a system to provide feedback on the prototype that has been tried before, so that the system be made better. The result of this application design is the realization of a mobile application that can allow users to find information and search for Aceh Student Dormitory in Java Island, Indonesia. The Geographic Information System uses technology of LBS (Location Based Service), this allows users to find the location of dormitory that wish to visit. This system will be developed on mobile devices using the Android operating system.

Kebutuhan daging sapi yang meningkat sering dimanfaatkan oleh penjual daging sapi untuk melakukan kecurangan. Kecurangan yang sering dimanfaatkan biasanya dalam hal kualitas daging sapi. Kualitas daging ditentukan oleh beberapa parameter, termasuk parameter ukuran, tekstur, karakteristik warna, bau daging dan lain - lain. Parameter adalah salah satu faktor penting untuk menentukan kualitas daging. Umumnya dalam menentukan kualitas daging dilakukan dengan menggunakan indra penglihatan. Sehingga cara manual masih bersifat subjektif dalam menilai kualitas daging. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging dengan sampel 20 citra daging data uji. Sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging dengan ekualisasi histogram dan thresholding berbasis android ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan SDK Android, Eclipse dan library OpenCV. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode pra-pengolahan ekualisasi histogram dan segmentasi thresholding pengolahan citra. Deteksi kualitas daging dilakukan dengan mencari nilai statistik ekstraksi ciri citra berdasarkan data citra daging dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat menentukan nilai statistik mean dan standar deviasi dari hasil citra olahan ekualisasi histogram dan thresholding disertai analisis kualitas citra daging sapi. Pengujian black box dari aplikasi sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging ini menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini telah berhasil berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Penelitian ini harapannya bisa digunakan untuk membantu penelitian tahap selanjutnya.

Comparative analysis of classification algorithms for critical land prediction in agricultural cultivation areas

Currently, the identification of critical land, that has been physically, chemically, and biologically damaged, uses a geographic information system. However, it requires a high cost to get the high resolution of satellite images. In this study, a comparison framework is proposed to determine the performance of the classification algorithms, namely C.45, ID3, Random Forest, k-Nearest Neighbor, and Naïve Bayes. This research aims to find out the best algorithm for the classification of critical land in agricultural cultivation areas. The results show that the highest accuracy Random Forest algorithm was 93.10 % in predicting critical land, and the naïve Bayes has the lowest performance, with 89.32 % of accuracy in predicting critical land.

Peranan teknologi informasi menjadi hal utama yang harus dipenuhi untuk menunjang kegiatan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali bidang promosi suatu produk atau jasa. Dengan penggunaan internet penyampaian informasi mengenai produk yang dipromosikan menjadi lebih mudah dan dapat diakses setiap saat dan dapat dilakukan dimana saja. Medianya pun juga telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam kemudahan, salah satunya adalah media promosi berbasis multimedia. Teknologi virtual reality merupakan salah satu teknologi yang berbasis multimedia dengan memadukan berbagai elemen multimedia. Dengan penggunaan teknologi virtual reality tersebut diharapkan dapat menunjang media promosi agar lebih interaktif, efektif dan menarik. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan merupakan perpaduan antara teknologi virtual reality dengan website. Teknologi virtual reality akan menyajikan produk mobil yang dipromosikan melalui tampilan tiga dimensi yang interaktif. Teknologi tersebut kemudian ditanamkan dalam website sehingga memungkinkan pengguna dapat mengaksesnya kapan dan dimana saja. Teknologi virtual reality dikembangkan menggunakan VRML (Virtual Reality Modelling Language) dan software pemodelan 3D 3ds Max, sedangkan aplikasi berbasis web dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML dan CSS. Aplikasi tersebut juga didukung penggunaan basis data MySQL sehingga mempermudah user dalam mengolah data. Browser yang digunakan perlu dipasangi plug-in Cortona3D Viewer agar dapat menampilkan file tiga dimensi. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah terancangnya sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan teknologi VRML untuk media promosi mobil berbasis web. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini menjalankan fungsionalitasnya sesuai dengan rancangan.

The Wiener filter is an adaptive filter which able to produce the desired estimates. Besides, this filter can also suppress noise in digital signal processing. This study aims to segment the fluctuation pattern, which results from data acquisition from a capacitive sensor with the object H2O. The fluctuation pattern to be processed is the High Fluctuation (HF) pattern by dividing the pattern into several segments according to the input frequency. It aims to see in more detail and clearly the state of each segmentation of the pattern. The results will show noise attenuation and suppression after filtering with a Wiener filter. The Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) value will also be analyzed, which shows that the signal quality is getting better after applying the Wiener filter. Then, the analysis of the Mean Square Error (MSE) results can provide more consistent results with a smaller average error.
Tapis Wiener merupakan suatu tapis adaptif yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan perkiraan yang diinginkan. Selain itu, tapis ini juga dapat menekan derau pada pengolahan sinyal digital. Kajian melakukan segmentasi terhadap pola fluktuasi yang merupakan hasil akuisisi data dari sebuah sensor kapasitif dengan objeknya H2O. Pola fluktuasi yang diolah adalah pola fluktuasi tinggi (HF, High Fluctuation) dengan cara membagi pola tersebut ke dalam beberapa segmen sesuai dengan frekuensi masukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk dapat melihat lebih detil dan jelas keadaan setiap segmentasi dari pola tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan peredaman dan penekanan derau setelah ditapis dengan tapis Wiener. Selain itu, nilai SNR juga dianalisis dan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sinyal semakin baik sesudah penerapan tapis Wiener. Analisis hasil nilai MSE mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih konsisten dengan rata-rata kesalahan yang lebih kecil.

Informations technology has been important elements in an organisation but getting higher information technology implementation cost requires any company or organization to implement an effective operation of information technology. Information technology was expected to help organization in achieveing their business goals and providing not only financial profit but also non-financial profit. To achieve their business goals and ensuring process of information technology works effectively and efficiently, a continuously audit and evaluation of our IT process need to introduced in organization. It will help organization aligning their business process with IT process. One of IT governance framework is COBIT 5. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framewok that helps organizations to create optimal value from IT by maintaining a balance between realizing benefits and optimizing risk levels and resources use. COBIT 5 enables information and related technology to be governed and managed in a holistic manner for the whole organizations, taking full end to end business and functional area of responsibility, considering the IT-related intererst of internal and external stakeholders.

This study proposed a combination of steganography and cryptography techniques using LSB and RSA methods. RSA is a popular cryptographic technique that can be applied to digital imagery. Digital image pixel values range from 0 to 255, making the keys used in RSA limited enough and less secure. So in this study, it is proposed to convert pixel image value to 16 bits so that the key used can be more varied. Experimental results proved that there was a steady increase in security and imperceptibility. This was shown by the results of PSNR 57.2258dB and MSE 0.1232dB. This method was also resistant to salt and pepper attacks.
Penelitian ini mengusulkan kombinasi teknik steganografi dan kriptografi menggunakan metode LSB – RSA. RSA merupakan teknik kriptografi yang populer dapat diterapkan pada citra digital. Nilai piksel citra digital hanya berkisar 0 sampai 255. Hal ini membuat kunci yang digunakan dalam RSA cukup terbatas sehingga kurang aman. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan untuk mengkonversi nilai piksel citra menjadi 16 bit sehingga kunci yang digunakan dapat lebih bervariasi. Hasil eksperimen membuktikan adanya peningkatan keamanan serta nilai imperceptibility yang tetap terjaga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil PSNR 57.2258dB, MSE 0.1232dB. Metode ini juga tahan terhadap serangan salt and pepper.

The manual process of registration, inspection, payment, reporting and administrative employees at a clinic is not efficient. An information system to assist and facilitate a user in the process of a medical record is needed. The purpose of this research is to design and build a management information system for a clinic, specifically for Kebon Arum Clinic at Boyolali. The method used in this system development is the waterfall, which consists of the plan requirements, process design, and implementation. This application is built using PHP language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. As the results, the application can solve problems on manual clinic registration, queues, services, payments and patient data.
Proses pendaftaran, pemeriksaan, pembayaran, pelaporan dan karyawan administrasi di klinik sangat tidak efisien, dibutuhkan suatu sistem untuk membantu dan mempermudah pengguna dalam proses rekam medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen untuk klinik, yaitu klinik Kebon Arum di Boyolali. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari rencana kebutuhan, proses desain, dan implementasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, codeigniter framework, serta basis data MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen klinik dan sistem ini dapat mengatasi masalah pada pendaftaran klinik, antrian, layanan, pembayaran dan data pasien.

Scheduling courses in higher education often face problems, such as the clashes of teachers' schedules, rooms, and students' schedules. This study proposes course scheduling optimization using genetic algorithms and taboo search. The genetic algorithm produces the best generation of chromosomes composed of lecturer, day, and hour genes. The Tabu search method is used for the lecture rooms division. Scheduling is carried out for the Informatics faculty with four study programs, 65 lecturers, 93 courses, 265 lecturer assignments, and 65 classes. The process of generating 265 schedules took 561 seconds without any scheduling clashes. The genetic algorithms and taboo searches can process quite many course schedules faster than the manual method.
Penjadwalan mata kuliah merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada perguruan tinggi, di antaranya adalah bentrok waktu mengajar dosen, ruangan dan kelas mahasiswa. Kajian ini mengusulkan optimasi penjadwalan mata kuliah menggunakan algoritme genetika dan pencarian tabu. Algoritme genetika berfungsi untuk menghasilkan generasi terbaik kromosom yang tersusun atas gen dosen, hari, dan jam. Pencarian tabu digunakan untuk pembagian ruang perkuliahan. Penjadwalan dilakukan di fakultas Informatika yang mempunyai empat program studi dengan 65 dosen, 93 mata kuliah, 265 penugasan dosen, dan 65 kelas. Proses pembangkitan 265 jadwal membutuhkan waktu selama 561 detik dan tidak ada bentrok yang terjadi. Kombinasi algoritme genetika dan pencarian tabu dapat memproses jadwal mata kuliah yang cukup banyak dengan lebih cepat daripada cara manual.

This research aims to develop a game software that can be used as an alternative means of learning media in Indonesian local culture for the community in the form of the game in the Android operating system. The methodology used in this study is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) sourced from Luther and has been modified by Sutopo, which consists of six stages, namely the concept, design, collection of material, manufacture, testing, and distribution. Testing applications that have been created using black-box method, which is carried out to check the functions contained in the application. The process of application testing is done by using a questionnaire. The testing is done objectively by asking ratings from users of the application. Therefore, the results of the study that were obtained using black-box method, indicates that the game is already working according to specifications needed to show test results for each application functions and buttons. And the results of the questionnaire data obtained by the average score of all ratings amounted to 84%. And it can be concluded that the applications made are well-qualified.

Human vital physiological parameters (HVPP) monitoring with embedded sensors integration has improved the smart system technology in this era of a ubiquitous platform. Several IoT-based healthcare applications have been proposed for remote health monitoring. Most of the devices developed require one on one contact with doctors before any medical diagnosis is undertaken. Thereby, make it difficult for frequent visitation to the health center. In this paper, embedded heartbeat and temperature sensors for remote monitoring have been developed using Arduino lily as the system controller and processing unit. The Bluetooth low power enables with Android mobile apps is used for remote monitoring and communication of HVPP in a real time. This gives medical personnel and individual customers opportunity of monitoring their vital physiological parameters such as heartbeat rate and body temperature. However, it moderates sudden attack of chronic ailment like hypertension and reduces congestion of patient in the hospitals.

The development of internet technology has many organizations that expanded service website. Initially used single web server that is accessible to everyone through the Internet, but when the number of users that access the web server is very much the traffic load to the web server and the web server anyway. It is necessary for the optimization of web servers to cope with the overload received by the web server when traffic is high. Methodology of this final project research include the study of literature, system design, and testing of the system. Methods from the literature reference books related as well as from several sources the internet. The design of this thesis uses Haproxy and Pound Links as a load balancing web server. The end of this reaserch is testing the network system, where the system will be tested this stage so as to create a web server system that is reliable and safe. The result is a web server system that can be accessed by many user simultaneously rapidly as load balancing Haproxy and Pound Links system which is set up as front-end web server performance so as to create a web server that has performance and high availability.

Large-scale integrated infrastructure for asynchronous microservices architecture

Integrated large-scale business activities increasingly rely on the use of remote resources and services across multi-platform applications. Microservice in previous research has become a solution, but this approach still leaves a data loss problem. This research methodology proposed an architecture of data transmission managed by messaging service to prevent data loss in handling many requests to deliver a multiplatform architecture, handling the plugin services, and enabling escalation based on the requirement. As a result, this research successfully implements large-scale multiplatform Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure for asynchronous microservices architecture. The system test results show that the developed system can handle up to 2000 requests with 20 concurrent requests.

Golden Age is the time when a child's brain's ability to absorb information is very high. All information supplied will influence the child in later. Technology gives an effect on the progress of children. Computer technology can be a fun learning media and interseted for kid. Therefore, Fruvenimal application is developed as a learning media for introducing fruits, vegetables, and animals from the name, shape, sound, and vitamin via multimedia applications. Fruvenimal application is built using Construct 2. Multimedia aplication development used Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six stages: concept, design, collection of material, manufacture, testing, and distribution /evaluation. For application testing method using the black box Test. Results from this study in the form of a multimedia application named Fruvenimal that can run on HTML5 browser. The application can be a learning media to introduce of fruits, vegetables, and animals for people, especially aged <8 so that kid from an early age is able to recognize the diversity of fruits, vegetables, and animals on earth.

This study aims to examine the k-means clustering and region growing segmentation methods to identify and measure the area of mangrove forests in the Southeast Sulawesi province. The image of the area of this study used Landsat 8 satellite imagery. The area of mangrove forest was carried out by calculating the number of pixels identified as mangrove forests with an area density of 900 m2/pixel. The accuracy of the two segmentation methods in calculating the area was compared based on the same area calculated by LAPAN. The overall accuracy of k-means clustering segmentation method has better accuracy, which is 59.26%, than region growing with 33.33% of accuracy. Both image segmentation methods, k-means clustering and region growing, can be used to calculate the area of mangrove forests in the Southeast Sulawesi region using Landsat 8 satellite imagery.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji metode segmentasi k-means clustering dan region growing untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur luas hutan mangrove di wilayah provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Citra daerah yang dikaji menggunakan citra satelit Landsat 8. Luas wilayah hutan mangrove dilakukan dengan menghitung jumlah piksel yang diidentifikasi sebagai hutan mangrove dengan densitas luas area 900 m2 perpiksel. Akurasi kedua metode segmentasi dalam pengukuran luas daerah dibandingkan berdasarkan luas daerah dari LAPAN. Metode segmentasi k-means clustering secara keseluruhan mempunyai akurasi perhitungan luas yang lebih akuras sebesr 59,26% dibandingkan region growing sebesar 33,33%. Kedua metode segmentasi citra, baik k-means clustering maupun region growing, dapat digunakan untuk menghitung luas hutan mangrove yang ada di wilayah Sulawesi Tenggara dengan menggunakan data citra satelit Landsat 8.

The implementation of a marketing strategy requires a reference so that promotion can be on target, such as by looking for similarities between product items. This study examines the application of the association rule method and apriori algorithm to the purchase transaction dataset to assist in forming candidate combinations among product items for customer recommended product promotion. The purchase transaction dataset was collected in October and November 2018 with a total data of 1027. In the experiment, the minimum value of support is 85%, and the minimum confidence value is 90% by processing data using the Weka software 3.9 version. Apriori algorithm can form association rules as a reference in the promotion of company products and decision support in providing product recommendations to customers based on defined minimum support and confidence values.
Pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran memerlukan acuan agar promosi dapat tepat sasaran, misalnya dengan mencari hubungan kesamaan antar item produk. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan metode association rule dan algoritma apriori pada dataset transaksi pembelian untuk membantu membentuk kandidat kombinasi antar item produk dalam promosi rekomendasi produk bagi pelanggan. Dataset transaksi pembelian dikumpulkan pada bulan Oktober dan November 2018 sejumlah 1027 data. Pada eksperimen, ditentukan nilai support minimum 85% dan nilai confidence minimum 90% dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software Weka versi 3.9. Algoritma apriori dapat menghasilkan aturan asosiasi sebagai acuan dalam promosi produk dan pendukung keputusan dalam memberikan rekomendasi produk kepada konsumen berdasarkan nilai support dan confidence minimum yang telah ditetapkan.
